The worm gearbox load endurance testing system consists of a servo motor, planetary reducer (power unit), input torque and speed sensor, worm gearbox, output torque and speed sensor, loading device, test bench, actuator mounting fixture, and testing cabinet. It can arbitrarily change the load of the electric actuator under test and directly measure: the input torque, speed, and power of the worm gearbox; the output torque, speed, and power of the worm gearbox; and the efficiency and speed ratio of the worm gearbox.
