The Magnetic Powder Three-Dimensional Test Bench is an integrated multi-functional testing platform that adopts magnetic powder loading as its core loading mode, and realizes three-dimensional spatial layout and multi-station cooperative testing. It is mainly used for loading test, characteristic detection, durability verification and performance analysis of various small and medium-sized power motors, reducers, transmission components and executive mechanisms.
Working Principle & Structure
Based on the magnetic powder braking principle, the test bench outputs stable and adjustable braking torque by controlling the excitation current. The whole system adopts a three-dimensional frame structure, integrating magnetic powder loader, torque sensor, speed sensor, drive control unit, data acquisition system, cooling system and safety protection device. The three-dimensional layout effectively saves installation space, improves structural rigidity, and supports multi-directional force and multi-angle testing requirements.
